Who we are

Tuva Euro B.V. (phone-assistant.ai, AiOClicks, Horeca Buddy) is the data controller for the processing described here.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the horeca-buddy.com website only. Our services are delivered through AiOClicks and Phone Assistant AI, and each of those has its own privacy policy covering the data processed while delivering them — including call recordings and transcripts handled by the AI receptionist. Read those before you sign up for either service.

What we collect on this website

Almost nothing. This site has no contact forms, no account system, no analytics, no advertising or social media trackers, and it loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. The only data that arises is:

• Server log data. Our hosting provider records the IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp of each request. This is needed to serve the site and to detect abuse and technical faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• A language cookie. See below.

Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE. It stores which of the four site languages you are viewing so the choice is not lost between pages. It contains a language code and nothing else, it is not shared with anyone, and it is not used to recognise or profile you.

It is a functional cookie strictly necessary to deliver the site in the language you asked for, so no consent banner is required under Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act. There are no analytics or marketing cookies to consent to. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will simply fall back to the language your browser advertises.

If you contact us

The buttons on this site open your own email client or dialler; we do not collect anything until you actually send a message or call. When you do, we process what you tell us — your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message — to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your request and to meet our administrative and legal obligations, then delete it.

Who else sees the data

Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as processors, under agreements that require them to protect it and to use it only on our instructions. Where such a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Write to privacy@phone-assistant.ai and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we add anything to this site that processes personal data — a contact form, analytics, a booking widget — we will update this policy before it goes live and change the date at the top.
